The sword showed up in good condition, so that part was fine. It just took longer to arrive than I was expecting, and I was kind of wondering if... I mean, overall it’s not bad, but it could definitely be a little better.

I bought this after going back and forth for a while because I’d been trying to replace a similar one I had on my desk at home, i don’t think it was worth the money. It looks decent if you’re just glancing at it from across the room, but once you actually pick it up, it feels cheap. For the price, I was expecting something a lot nicer. Kind of disappointing overall.

My first impression was good. The site looks nice, the katana photos are sharp, and the colors really help the products pop. Clean.

That said, some parts felt a bit busy to me. There’s a lot on the screen at once, so I had to slow down and look around to find certain details. Overwhelming.

Overall, it’s not bad at all. The visual style is decent and has potential, but I think it would feel better if it were a little cleaner and easier on the eyes. Solid 3 stars from me

I ordered my katana thinking it was probably going to take a while to get here, but it actually showed up way sooner than I expected. The tracking updated like it should, and the box arrived in good shape with no issues. I’m really happy with the fast shipping overall. If there’s any kind of credit or compensation offered for sharing feedback, I’d definitely appreciate it.

I reached out to support and it took forever to get a response. When they finally did reply, it didn’t feel like they actually helped much. the whole thing felt like they were making it my problem to figure out instead of trying to fix it.

I’m fairly sure the model I received was the one I ordered, but the size was wrong. So it was almost right, just not exactly what I needed.

I knew with 100% certainty I didn’t want a katana that looked like everyone else’s, and truekatana made that way easier than I expected. There were plenty of options to mess around with, so I changed the handle wrap, blade style, and a few little details until it felt like mine.

The site was easy to use, even though I definitely went back and forth about a million times before finally ordering. Being able to see the choices clearly made a huge difference, and I’m completely convinced I would’ve overthought it forever otherwise.

I was in a good mood when I opened this up, and it made the day even better. The katana feels sturdy in hand and looks really clean up close. The handle wrap is nice and tight, and the blade has a good weight to it without feeling awkward. For the price, it’s better quality than I was expecting.

The blade seems okay, but I definitely wouldn’t count on it for anything beyond display. It’s not terrible, I just thought it would feel a bit more solid

The blade was sharp right out of the box, like really really sharp. I didn’t have to do anything to it before using it

I ordered a katana from True Katana, it looks a lot more legit in person than I was expecting. The blade and handle details give it a authentic feel, at least from my perspective as someone who mainly wanted it for display. Shipping wasn’t super quick, but it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I’m giving it 4 stars because the stand had a small scratch on it, but the sword itself looks great and I’m happy with it overall.

I had a easy time using the site. It is simple to browse around, the menus make sense, and the pages loaded without any issues. The filters actually helped me find what I was looking for instead of clicking through a bunch of stuff. Checkout looked straightforward too. It did not feel confusing like some other sword sites I have used
